We sell GPS trackers with tracking service plans of 12, 24, or 36 months, payable in full at checkout. Devices rely on GPS and cellular networks; coverage may vary based on location or network availability.
2. Service Plans & Renewal
- Your service begins upon activation and lasts for the selected duration.
- When your plan ends, tracking is disabled unless you manually renew.
- We do not offer automatic renewals. We will notify you before the expiration.
3. Payments
- All orders are paid upfront in USD via our website.
- We do not offer monthly subscriptions or payment instalments.
4. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except where required by law.
For customers in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protections (e.g., UK/EU), unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days.
Once a device has been activated, installed, or used, it is no longer eligible for return.

5. Warranty & Limitations
- Our products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing
- We are not liable for:
- Loss of service due to poor signal or network coverage
- Incorrect installation or misuse
- Loss, theft, or damage after delivery
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
6. Customer Responsibilities
By using our trackers, you agree:
- To comply with your country’s laws regarding vehicle tracking and privacy
- Not to use trackers for unlawful or unethical purposes
- To keep login credentials secure and confidential
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and branding are the exclusive property of Track fleet Pro Trading Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or resell our systems or services without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, regardless of where the buyer is located. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Barbadian courts.
9. Amendments
We may update these Terms or our Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use implies acceptance of the latest version.
